Working closely with the Senior Managing Director of Marketing, I helped develop and execute the marketing strategy for Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue—a turnkey branded residential offering located along one of New York City's most prestigious and recognizable avenues. In this role, I partnered with a broad group of stakeholders, including the exclusive sales team, public relations agency, on-site property team, and creative and digital partners to deliver a cohesive brand and sales experience across every touchpoint.

My responsibilities included managing digital marketing campaigns, developing email communications, coordinating with the sales, public relations, and on-site teams, and overseeing marketing assets across multiple channels. I also supported broker-focused initiatives, strategic brand partnerships, and exclusive events designed to engage both prospective buyers and the New York brokerage community.

Our approach was designed to engage both ultra-high-net-worth buyers and the New York brokerage community through a mix of digital advertising, email marketing, broker outreach, curated events, and strategic brand partnerships. These collaborations expanded the property's reach, aligned the residences with complementary luxury brands, and created meaningful opportunities to connect with prospective buyers.

By coordinating efforts across multiple teams and channels, we built awareness, generated qualified leads, and supported sales. The result was a highly targeted marketing program that reinforced the property's luxury positioning and resonated with one of the world's most discerning buyer audiences.
